# Tiket.com Explained: Complete 2026 Guide

Is Tiket.com legit? Indonesia OTA versus Traveloka, Agoda and Klook, how to pay safely, and when to book the airline or hotel direct.

> Desk-researched August 2026. Trip.com, Agoda and Klook links may be TravelShifu partner (affiliate) links — we may earn commission at no extra cost to you. Tiket.com, Traveloka, Blibli and the airlines named here are discussed editorially unless noted.

## Should you use Tiket.com in 2026?

Yes as an Indonesia comparison screen alongside Traveloka — not as a global default. Open the official app yourself, dual-search the same flight number, and match hotels on Agoda. Chat resellers quoting Tiket.com are the scam. We are not affiliated; Trip.com, Agoda and Klook are the partner alternatives on this page.

Tiket.com is a real Blibli-group OTA. It does not ticket a London–Bali long-haul better than the airline by default. The rest of this guide is the Indonesia-domestic, event-ticket and reseller checklist.

## What is Tiket.com and how does it work?

Tiket.com is an Indonesia-based OTA for flights, hotels, trains, activities and event tickets. You pay Tiket.com. It competes head-on with Traveloka in the same market. It is not a global metasearch like Skyscanner. UK travellers should still compare Trip.com, Agoda and the airline on the same dates. Chat resellers quoting Tiket.com are the scam.

If your trip is Indonesia-heavy (Jakarta, Bali, domestic Garuda, Citilink, Lion), Tiket.com is a screen you should open. If your trip is a London–Bali long-haul with a Ubud hotel, still compare the long-haul on the airline and the hotel on Agoda or Trip.com. We are not affiliated with Tiket.com. Trip.com, Agoda and Klook links on this page are TravelShifu partner paths for a named global OTA, a stay specialist, and activities — not a reason to skip the official Tiket.com app when the hop is domestic Indonesia.

Indonesia’s OTA market is noisy: Traveloka, Tiket.com, official airline apps, and chat resellers quoting the same seat. The discipline is boring and it works. Open tiket.com yourself, match the flight number and the hotel address, and ignore anyone who wants to “process” the booking for you. Peak Lebaran and Nyepi-adjacent dates sell out; a screenshot from a friend is not inventory. If your card fails, switch merchant (airline or Agoda) rather than sending money to a stranger who “has a local account”.

Tiket.com also sells event tickets and attractions — a different product from the flight. A concert QR is not an e-ticket for Garuda. Keep them in the app offline. Blibli Tiket Rewards may tie the OTA to the Blibli retail ecosystem; that is loyalty, not a reason to skip Agoda on the hotel. Super-app convenience is real for travellers already in Jakarta; it is optional for a UK visitor who can ticket the long-haul on the airline and the villa on Agoda without ever opening Tiket.com.

Like other OTAs, Tiket.com can appear as a Skyscanner or Kayak click-out. That does not make it a metasearch. You pay Tiket.com; Tiket.com issues the voucher; changes sit with Tiket.com first. See [metasearch vs OTA](/guides/metasearch-vs-ota-explained) if that distinction is still fuzzy, and [when booking direct wins](/guides/when-booking-direct-with-airline-wins) before you take an agency desk on a trip you might change.

| Model | Who you pay | Who issues the ticket | Who helps when things go wrong | Example |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Airline direct | The airline | The airline | The airline | garuda-indonesia.com |
| Tiket.com OTA | Tiket.com | Tiket.com, under airline rules | Tiket.com app | CGK–SUB domestic |
| Traveloka (rival) | Traveloka | Traveloka | Traveloka app | Same hop, different checkout |
| Metasearch | Nobody — it redirects you | The airline or OTA you land on | The airline or OTA you land on | Google Flights, Skyscanner |

## Is Tiket.com legit, safe and reliable?

Yes — it is a known Indonesian OTA owned in the Blibli group, not a random Instagram seller. Pay in the official app or tiket.com. Reliability follows OTA norms. Check live Play Store and App Store ratings on the day you book; we are not inventing a Trustpilot star figure. Do not use a forwarded “booking agent” link.

The scam pattern in this market is unofficial resellers quoting Tiket.com inventory over chat. If you did not open the official app yourself, you are not on Tiket.com. Fake hotlines exist in Google ads — same warning as Traveloka and MakeMyTrip. Pay on tiket.com or the publisher-verified app, not a lookalike APK and not a forwarded checkout.

We do not invent Trustpilot stars for Tiket.com. Scores move, and Play Store / App Store ratings in Indonesia often matter more than a global widget. Read recent refund and schedule-change threads dated this year on the morning you pay. Live page to open: [Tiket.com on Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.tiket.com) (checked 12 Aug 2026) — use it as a complaint-theme reader, not as a frozen star we did not source here.

Trip.com at 4.4/5 from ~193,000 reviews and Gotogate at 2.6/5 from ~151,000 (12 Aug 2026) are calibration for how wildly OTA review files differ. Tiket.com is a different market: Indonesia-first, app-weighted, event tickets beside flights. Do not import a US-blog OTA ranking and call it a Jakarta domestic verdict.

UK Section 75 may apply to qualifying credit-card spend ([Which?](https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/what-is-section-75-protection)). UK ATOL will not wrap a typical Tiket.com domestic hop ([CAA](https://www.atol.org/about-atol/what-does-atol-protection-mean/)). Searching the official app is safe. Paying a stranger who claims to have a Tiket.com login is not.

## Is Tiket.com cheaper than Traveloka?

There is no permanent winner. Run both on the same flight number and the same hotel room. Add Agoda for stays and Klook for activities. The cheapest headline without bags is not the cheapest trip. We do not invent a fare table that will be wrong tonight — run the search on your dates.

See [Traveloka](/guides/traveloka-complete-guide) for the rival’s model — the booking discipline is identical. Convenience fees and fare families (especially Lion-group metal) decide the winner more often than the logo. We will not publish a rotting “Jakarta–Bali from Rp X” table. Run the search on your dates, add bags before you compare, and treat a Tiket.com tile that excludes a cabin bag as a different product from a Garuda fare that includes one ([carry-on sizes](/guides/airline-carry-on-sizes)).

Event tickets and attractions: compare the official box office and Klook. A Tiket.com “from” price can exclude weekend slots. Hotels: match room, occupancy and refund rules against Agoda before you call an “exclusive” rate a saving ([hotels 101](/guides/hotels-101-booking-smart)). Wallet credit and Blibli points are not cash. If you will not spend them in the validity window, a lower cash total on Agoda or the airline wins.

Long-haul into Indonesia can still be cheaper on the Gulf or European airline’s own site, or on Trip.com as a named global OTA. Check. PayLater and instalment banners are not a lower cash fare — compare the cash total you will actually pay. For the wider playbook see [21 ways to fly cheaper](/guides/cheap-flights-21-ways).

## Tiket.com vs Traveloka vs Agoda vs Klook?

Tiket.com and Traveloka: Indonesia super-app overlap. Agoda: hotel specialist, often stronger on free-cancellation display. Klook: activities and some airport transfers. Trip.com: global OTA chat. Use two, book one. Long-haul still needs an airline re-price. Blibli points are not a reason to ignore a better Agoda cancellation window.

Long-haul: airline first ([when booking direct wins](/guides/when-booking-direct-with-airline-wins)). Skyscanner may list either OTA as a click-out — you still choose the pay button ([Skyscanner](/guides/skyscanner-complete-guide)). A workable Indonesia workflow: airline app for the domestic baseline → Tiket.com and Traveloka the same hour on the same flight number → Agoda for the stay → Klook or the venue for the activity → Trip.com only if you want a named global OTA with chat on a sector the super-apps were never going to win.

Do not treat Blibli points, a Traveloka wallet, and an Agoda member rate as the same currency. Convert everything to the cash total and the cancellation window you actually need. If you arrived from a meta click-out, you still type tiket.com yourself. Gotogate-class unknown OTAs on the same Skyscanner list are a weaker review file — do not treat all click-outs as equal ([Gotogate](/guides/gotogate-complete-guide)).

| Need | Open first | Avoid |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Indonesia domestic flight | Airline + Tiket.com + Traveloka | Chat reseller |
| Bali hotel | Agoda + Tiket.com, same terms | Non-refundable vs free-cancellation mix-up |
| Activities | Klook + Tiket.com + official | Weekend surcharge hiding in “from” |
| Long-haul to DPS | Airline + Google Flights + Trip.com | Assuming Tiket.com wins LHR–DPS |

## How do you use Tiket.com well?

Official app, match passenger names to passports, keep QR e-tickets offline, and read pay-now versus pay-at-hotel. If a hotel needs a voucher, screenshot it before you lose data roaming. Domestic rail and ferry add-ons are useful when they are the actual operator’s inventory — confirm the operator name on the voucher.

Lebaran homecoming and school-holiday peaks are when chat scams spike. If the official app is sold out, that is information — not a reason to pay a stranger. Compare Traveloka the same hour; inventory is not always mirrored. A screenshot from a group chat is not a held seat, and a “still available via my account” message is the opening line of the reseller pattern this guide exists to stop.

Passenger names on Indonesian domestic tickets are unforgiving at the gate. Match every given name to the passport, including the ones you usually drop on Western forms. If the hotel voucher is pay-at-hotel, that is a different cancellation product from a prepaid rate on Agoda — do not mix them in a “Tiket.com was cheaper” spreadsheet. Keep QR e-tickets and event QRs in an offline wallet before you lose roaming on the way to CGK or DPS.

If your foreign card fails 3-D Secure, switch merchant the same hour: the airline for the hop, Agoda for the stay, Klook for the activity. Do not send money to a “local friend” who will ticket on their Tiket.com login. That person is not Tiket.com support, and you will have no booking ID when the flight moves. Trip.com is the named global OTA with chat if you need English-first after-sales on a long-haul that Tiket.com was only ever going to lose anyway.

- Publisher-verified Tiket.com app only
- Match names to passports, including multiple given names
- Never call a Google-ad Tiket.com number
- Keep event QR and flight QR in offline wallets

## Tiket.com for Indonesia domestic, event tickets, and versus Traveloka — what actually changes?

Tiket.com is strongest as an Indonesia-native checkout for domestic flights, some hotels, and event or attraction tickets you open in the official app. It is not automatically cheaper than Traveloka on the same Garuda or Lion hop. Chat resellers quoting Tiket.com inventory are the scam. Dual-search both OTAs, then Agoda and Klook, then the airline.

Indonesia domestic is the product that justifies opening Tiket.com at all. Jakarta–Surabaya, Jakarta–Denpasar, and the other trunk hops are where Garuda, Citilink, Lion-group metal and the two super-apps compete in the same hour. There is no permanent cheaper logo. Run the same flight number on the airline app, Tiket.com and Traveloka, add the cabin bag the fare family actually requires, and book the checkout you can complete. A Tiket.com tile that excludes a bag is a different product from a Garuda fare that includes one — see [carry-on sizes](/guides/airline-carry-on-sizes). We do not invent a CGK–DPS fare table; those numbers die between cache and the gate.

Event tickets and attractions are a second contract inside the same app, and they are where unofficial sellers get loud. If Tiket.com is a named official channel for that concert, match or museum slot, buy in the official app and keep the QR offline. If a stranger forwards a “Tiket.com invoice” on WhatsApp, you are not on Tiket.com. A concert QR is not a Garuda e-ticket; a theme-park “from” price can exclude weekend or hotel-pickup surcharges. Compare the official box office and [Klook](/guides/klook-complete-guide) on the same date slot before you assume the super-app won. Blibli Tiket Rewards may discount across the retail ecosystem — count them as a maybe, not as cash, unless you will spend them in the validity window on something you already wanted.

The chat-reseller scam is the regional failure mode, not a Tiket.com checkout bug. Someone in a Facebook group, a Telegram channel or an Instagram DM offers to “process” a sold-out Lebaran seat or a cheaper rate on their local account. You send money. You receive a screenshot. The airline has no PNR in your name, or the name is theirs. Tiket.com cannot help you because you never had a Tiket.com booking. Open tiket.com yourself, or walk away. If the official app is sold out, that is the market — not a cue to pay a stranger. The same pattern impersonates Traveloka; the discipline is identical in our [Traveloka guide](/guides/traveloka-complete-guide).

Versus Traveloka: overlap is the point, not a brand war. Both are Indonesia-heavy OTAs; neither is Skyscanner; neither is Trip.com. Traveloka’s catalogue is broader across mainland Southeast Asia; Tiket.com’s event-ticket and Blibli-ecosystem story is more Indonesia-specific. For a Bali hotel, still open Agoda on the same property, occupancy and cancellation window ([Agoda](/guides/agoda-complete-guide), [hotels 101](/guides/hotels-101-booking-smart)). For a UK–Bali long-haul, still open the airline and Google Flights first, then Trip.com as the named global OTA — a strong CGK–DPS price does not transfer to LHR–DPS. We are not affiliated with Tiket.com or Traveloka. Trip.com, Agoda and Klook are the partner alternatives on this page; use them as specialists, not as a third Indonesia super-app.

## How do you book Tiket.com without getting burned?

Open tiket.com yourself. Compare Traveloka and Agoda. Pay in-app. Confirm the voucher. If someone offers a local-account workaround, walk away. UK ATOL does not cover a typical Indonesia OTA hop. Section 75 may apply to qualifying UK credit-card spend if the merchant fails. Thin gaps belong on the airline.

Must-not-fail Bali weddings: airline-direct plus a hotel you can call. Tiket.com can still be the comparison screen for guests’ domestic add-on hops. The burned traveller in this market paid a chat reseller, not Tiket.com. The second burned traveller bought a non-refundable hotel that Agoda had as free-cancellation. The third skipped bags on a Lion-family fare.

Section 75: [Which?](https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/what-is-section-75-protection). ATOL: [CAA](https://www.atol.org/about-atol/what-does-atol-protection-mean/). Local consumer routes follow Indonesian rules and the merchant entity on the voucher — read the terms language you accepted. If 3-D Secure fails twice, stop and book the airline or Agoda rather than retrying a dying fare through a stranger.

After payment, confirm the voucher in the official app and, for flights, check whether a PNR appears in the airline’s manage-booking flow. Keep the PDF. If Skyscanner sent you here, Skyscanner is not the seller. Thin gaps belong on the airline — see [when booking direct wins](/guides/when-booking-direct-with-airline-wins).

- Official app or typed URL — not a chat link
- Same bags as the airline checkout
- Same hotel cancellation as Agoda
- Card fails → switch merchant, do not use a reseller

| You booked | Typical protection | What to do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Airline direct, e-ticket issued | Airline T&Cs + your card | Section 75 if UK credit card over £100 |
| Tiket.com flight-only | OTA T&Cs + your card — not UK ATOL | Keep the voucher; check airline PNR if shown |
| Tiket.com flight + hotel | Tiket.com rules — not automatically UK ATOL | Rebuild DIY; only UK ATOL if a UK holder certificated it |
| Unofficial chat reseller | None you should rely on | Walk away |

## What are Tiket.com’s hidden catches?

The same super-app catches as Traveloka: extras, insurance tick-boxes, and assuming one app wins every category. International cards can fail 3-D Secure — have a backup before peak-season seats vanish. Event tickets are a different contract from flights. Fake hotlines impersonate the brand. Blibli points are not cash.

Catch 1 — there is no permanent winner versus Traveloka. The two apps do not mirror inventory hour by hour, and a coupon on one side can reverse a bag-inclusive total on the other. Dual-search the same flight number the same hour, add the cabin bag the fare family requires, and book one checkout. Skipping Traveloka because you “already have a Tiket.com account” is how you overpay on a trunk hop both of them sell.

Catch 2 — LCC bag maths. Lion-group and similar fare families make the headline a teaser. A Tiket.com tile that excludes a cabin bag is not cheaper than a Garuda or Citilink fare that includes one until you add the bag on both sides. Confirm sizes in our [airline carry-on sizes](/guides/airline-carry-on-sizes) table before you compare, and treat a “promo” that forbids a cabin bag as a different product.

Catch 3 — hotel cancellation mismatch versus Agoda. An “exclusive” Tiket.com room can be a different occupancy, board or refund window from the Agoda rate you thought you matched. If Tiket.com is non-refundable and Agoda is free-cancellation at a similar cash total, Agoda is the adult choice — especially on Bali dates that move. Match the pin on the map, not the neighbourhood marketing name.

Catch 4 — event and attraction “from” prices. Weekend slots, hotel pickup, peak Lebaran surcharges and foreigner versus resident tickets can sit behind the tile that made you tap. Open the date, the ticket type and the cancellation paragraph before you pay. Compare Klook and the official box office on the same slot. A concert QR is a different contract from a flight e-ticket; cancelling one does not unwind the other.

Catch 5 — chat resellers and fake phone numbers. Unofficial “Tiket.com agents” on WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram quote inventory they do not hold. Google-ad “Tiket.com customer service” numbers harvest callers the same way they do for Traveloka and MakeMyTrip. Use in-app help from the booking you paid. Never share an OTP. If someone contacts you first because you commented on a deal, that is a scam.

Catch 6 — long-haul complacency. A strong Indonesia domestic brand does not make Tiket.com the right merchant for London–Bali or a Gulf connection you might change. Re-price the long-haul on the airline and on Trip.com. If the gap is thin, book the carrier. UK ATOL will not wrap a typical Tiket.com hop ([CAA — what ATOL covers](https://www.atol.org/about-atol/what-does-atol-protection-mean/)); Section 75 is a UK credit-card fallback if the merchant fails, not a missed-connection policy ([Which? — Section 75](https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/what-is-section-75-protection)).

## When is Tiket.com NOT the right tool?

Skip unofficial sellers, skip it as your only long-haul agency from Europe, and skip it when Agoda’s cancellation terms are clearly better on the same room. Skip it for award tickets. Skip it when the official app is sold out and a stranger “still has stock”. Must-not-fail Bali weddings: airline-direct plus a hotel you can call.

You can still use Tiket.com as a price check from abroad. Paying it is optional. The pattern is the same as every OTA: the basket adds convenience exactly where you cannot afford a slow change desk. Award tickets, must-not-fail long-haul, and sold-out official inventory plus “chat stock” are the three walk-aways that save more money than any coupon.

- Award tickets → airline
- Sold-out official app + chat stock → walk away
- Better Agoda free-cancellation → Agoda
- UK long-haul thin gap → airline
- Google-ad phone number → never

## Does Tiket.com work for hotels, trains, events and activities?

Yes: hotels, trains, event tickets and attractions sit beside flights. Each needs a specialist check. Agoda for many stays, Klook for activities, the rail operator for the voucher name, the official box office for concerts. Blibli Tiket Rewards may discount across the retail ecosystem — still compare the cash total and cancellation.

Event tickets are where unofficial sellers get loud. If Tiket.com is a named official channel for that event, buy in the app. If not, do not assume the OTA logo on a screenshot is real. Peak concert onsales and Lebaran transport are when impersonators work hardest — the official sold-out state is information, not a prompt to pay Telegram.

Airport transfers and experiences: price Klook and Grab. Insurance tick-boxes are not a full policy ([travel resources](/travel-resources)). Trains and ferries inside the app are useful when the voucher names the actual operator; confirm that name before you travel. A bundled “holiday” on Tiket.com is Tiket.com’s package rules — not a CAA ATOL certificate for a UK buyer.

## What Tiket.com tips do most people miss?

Dual-search Traveloka the same hour on the same flight number. Keep QRs offline before you lose roaming. Match passport names exactly. Screenshot hotel pins. Treat events as a separate checkout from flights. Ignore chat stock. Compare Agoda cancellation. Peak Lebaran is not the week to learn 3-D Secure.

If you collect Blibli Tiket Rewards, count them as a maybe, not as cash, unless you will spend them in the validity window on something you already wanted. Same-session booking matters more than any cookie myth: cached fares die, so search, verify and pay within the hour. Incognito mode does not create Tiket.com inventory.

Flexibility is the real hack on domestic Indonesia: nearby airports, midweek, and a backup airline on the same city pair. If you cannot be flexible at Lebaran, book earlier on the official app or the airline rather than hunting a reseller. Pair a Google Flights track on the long-haul if the international sector is weeks out ([best time to book](/guides/best-time-to-book-flights)).

- Official app publisher check
- Traveloka on the same flight number
- Agoda on the same hotel terms
- Klook on the same activity
- No Google-ad hotlines
- Backup merchant if the card fails

## What are the best Tiket.com alternatives?

Traveloka for the Indonesia overlap. Agoda for hotels. Klook for activities. Trip.com for global chat. The airline for thin gaps. Skyscanner for discovery. There is no permanent cheaper logo — the winner is the checkout you complete on official rails with bags included.

Standing recommendation: on the ground in Indonesia, Tiket.com and Traveloka are dual primary screens; from Europe, they are comparison screens. Next reads: [Traveloka](/guides/traveloka-complete-guide), [Agoda](/guides/agoda-complete-guide), [Klook](/guides/klook-complete-guide), [Trip.com](/guides/trip-com-complete-guide). No rival is “Tiket.com but nicer” — they are different merchants. Run two, book one.

| Alternative | Use it when | Skip it when |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Traveloka | Second Indonesia OTA check | You skip the official app and use a reseller |
| Agoda | Hotels and cancellation clarity | You need event tickets Tiket.com actually sells |
| Klook | Activities | Official box office is cheaper |
| Trip.com | Long-haul OTA chat | A simple domestic hop |
| Airline direct | Thin gap; must-not-fail | You have not compared Tiket.com all-in |

## Who is Tiket.com NOT for?

Skip Tiket.com as checkout if you will not use the official app, if you are booking only a UK long-haul, if you only fly awards, or if you are about to pay a chat reseller. Indonesia-based travellers and visitors already comparing Traveloka are the core user. Everyone else should treat it as an optional tab.

If you need English-first support at 2am from London, Trip.com or the airline will feel clearer even when Tiket.com is a few dollars cheaper. That is a product-fit issue, not a scam verdict. Being honest about this is what makes the rest of the guide usable.

- Award travellers
- Chat-only bookers
- Must-not-fail long-haul from Europe as the only screen
- People who will call a sponsored hotline

## Should you use Tiket.com?

Yes as an Indonesia comparison screen alongside Traveloka. No as a global default. Pair hotels with Agoda and activities with Klook, and keep the long-haul on the airline when the gap is small. Check live app ratings on booking day — we are not inventing Trustpilot stars for Tiket.com.

The people who get burned paid a reseller or skipped the Traveloka dual-search. Official app, bags added, Agoda on the room. Tiket.com belongs in the tab set for Indonesia domestic and for event tickets it actually sells. It does not belong on every Heathrow search.

Continue with [Traveloka](/guides/traveloka-complete-guide), [Agoda](/guides/agoda-complete-guide), [Klook](/guides/klook-complete-guide) and [cheap flights](/guides/cheap-flights-21-ways). After you have booked, [hotel guides](/hotels) and [travel resources](/travel-resources) cover stays and insurance with the same tested approach.

## Who owns Tiket.com?

Tiket.com is the OTA brand operated by PT Global Tiket Network inside PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk — the listed Blibli group (IDX: BELI). Blibli acquired Tiket.com in 2017. Djarum-linked PT Global Investama Andalan has been the controlling shareholder of the listed parent. That retail ecosystem does not make a Tiket.com flight a Blibli marketplace order.

Blibli’s FY2025 materials describe tiket.com as the group’s OTA platform and the Blibli Tiket ecosystem as unified membership across Blibli, tiket.com, Ranch Market and Dekoruma ([Blibli FY25 earnings release](https://asset-about.blibli.com/2026/03/Earnings-Release-FY25-PT-Global-Digital-Niaga-Tbk-.pdf), checked 12 Aug 2026).

Traveloka is a competitor, not a sister shopfront. We are not affiliated with Tiket.com or Blibli.

## How do I speak to a human at Tiket.com?

Use in-app help from the official Tiket.com booking. Do not call a Google-ad number, do not pay a Telegram admin, do not share OTPs. Impersonation is the scam. Keep the booking ID. Event-ticket issues and flight issues may route differently inside the same app — start from the voucher you actually bought.

If someone contacts you first, that is a warning. You contact the app. The same fake-hotline pattern as Traveloka, MakeMyTrip and lastminute.com. Hang up, type tiket.com yourself, log in, and start a ticket from the voucher you paid. Do not share OTPs with a caller who already “knows” your booking ID — phishing scripts include IDs.

## Does booking via Tiket.com earn airline miles?

Only if the ticket is issued as a revenue fare the airline will credit — not a promise on every Lion-family seat, and not because you used Blibli points. Award inventory lives on the airline. Garuda miles and peer programmes have partner-booking rules; when status matters, book airline-direct after the price check.

Points on Blibli Tiket Rewards are a retail loyalty layer, not airline miles. Do not confuse them. If you need the flight to credit toward Garudamiles or a peer programme, confirm the ticket stock and fare family, then check the airline’s partner-booking rules. When in doubt, book direct. [Cheap flights 21 ways](/guides/cheap-flights-21-ways) covers the airline-points playbook.

## How do I cancel a Tiket.com booking?

Cancel in the official Tiket.com app under that product’s rules — flight, hotel, train and event tickets differ. You do not cancel with Skyscanner. UK ATOL will not usually apply. Section 75 may apply to qualifying UK credit-card spend if the merchant fails. If a reseller ticketed you, you may have nothing official to cancel.

Section 75: [Which?](https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/what-is-section-75-protection). ATOL: [CAA](https://www.atol.org/about-atol/what-does-atol-protection-mean/). Screenshot local-time deadlines. Event tickets are often the least flexible product in the app — read that before you pay, not at the gate. If a reseller ticketed you, you may have nothing official to cancel — that is why we said not to use them. Flight, hotel, train and event each unwind on their own rules; cancelling the hop does not automatically refund the concert.
