## Verdict

Stay in Tsim Sha Tsui if Nathan Road, Harbour City and the promenade are the week; stay in Mong Kok if the Ladies’ Market and metro density matter; stay in North Point if you want harbour views without TST’s tourist traffic — accepting a longer hop to the Star Ferry.

All four properties carry POI rows. Hotel ICON puts the Science Museum at 0.05 km and Victoria Harbour at 0.6 km; The Langham puts Harbour City at 0.1 km and the TST promenade at 0.3 km. Cordis puts Ladies’ Market at 0.15 km and Mong Kok MTR at 0.2 km. Hyatt Centric puts Victoria Harbour at 0.2 km and North Point MTR at 0.6 km. Those are four different daily maps.
