## Verdict

Book it for the view and treat everything else as a bonus — the rooms are extraordinary, but our hotel data provider’s own guest analysis flags housekeeping and a chaotic breakfast, and the gym is small enough to ignore.

This is the only hotel in London where the room itself is the attraction. Every guest room has floor-to-ceiling windows from level 34 upwards, and the supplier’s guest analysis singles out "stunning views" and "welcoming staff" as the two things people consistently praise.

The same analysis is unusually blunt about the rest. It records housekeeping entering rooms without permission, a breakfast service described as chaotic with long waits, and a gym small enough to limit what you can do in it. Value for money is flagged too — guests expected better food and service for what they paid.
