Stay in Hivernage if Jemaa el-Fna and the souks should be walkable; stay in Menara if pools and gardens beat medina noise; stay on Mohamed VI if you want resort scale with billing diligence.

POI distances in our seed split the sample. Kenzi Rose Garden puts Jemaa el-Fna at 1.2 km and the medina at 1.1 km; Pestana CR7 puts Jemaa at 2.3 km but Menara Gardens at 0.4 km; Four Seasons puts Menara Gardens at 0.3 km and Jemaa at 3.8 km; Mövenpick on Mohamed VI puts Jemaa at 4 km and the airport at 5.5 km. That is medina-walkable versus resort-belt geometry.
