Three of the four sit on the airport-approach / town strip (Airport Guest House in Kapukargın, Karacan Park and Ramada on Kenan Evren Bulvarı). The fourth — TUI BLUE Tropical — is the only beachfront resort in this sample, addressed in Ortaca Fevziye. That is two different trips, not four versions of the same one.
