The short version: TravelShifu publishes travel information and comparison links — we don\'t sell travel and we\'re not your booking agent. Our content is advice to inform your decisions, affiliate links are clearly marked "Ad", and your contract for anything you book is with the provider, not us.
Who we are
In these terms, "TravelShifu", "we", "us" and "our" mean Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 17250017 — the company that owns and operates travelshifu.com. "You" means the person using this website.
What TravelShifu is — and is not
TravelShifu is an independent travel information and comparison website. We publish editorial guides, destination advice and price-comparison links. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, airline, hotel, insurer or booking platform, and we do not sell, issue or fulfil any travel product. All bookings are made directly between you and the relevant third-party provider, under that provider's own terms and conditions.
Affiliate relationships and advertising
TravelShifu is reader-supported through the Travelpayouts affiliate network. Links marked "Ad" are affiliate links: if you click them and make a booking, we may earn a commission from the partner at no additional cost to you. Prices you pay are identical to booking direct. Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial rankings, and our full disclosure is published on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep guides accurate and date-stamped, but travel information changes constantly — prices, visa rules, opening hours, schedules, safety conditions and booking policies can change without notice. Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, insurance or immigration advice. Always verify critical details with the official provider or authority before booking or travelling.
Third-party websites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, terms or privacy practices of any third-party site. Your contract for any booked product is solely with the third-party provider.
Intellectual property
All content on TravelShifu — text, design, logos and original imagery — is owned by or licensed to TravelShifu and protected by copyright. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. Republishing substantial portions, scraping, or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no automated scraping at disruptive volume, no attempts to breach security or access non-public systems, no use of the site for unlawful purposes, and no misrepresentation of our content as your own commercial advice product.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelShifu excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information on this site, from third-party websites or providers, or from travel decisions made based on our content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date, and continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
