Distances punish vague planning. Millennium Atria puts Burj Khalifa at 1.4 km and Business Bay Metro at 0.4 km; Rove Dubai Marina puts JBR Beach at 0.3 km but Burj Khalifa at 18 km. Roda Amwaj puts The Beach at JBR at 0.1 km with no official star classification in our seed; The Retreat Palm puts Atlantis at 1.8 km and Burj Khalifa at 18 km. Those are four different holidays.

For a Burj Khalifa-heavy itinerary, yes — our hotel data provider puts Burj Khalifa at 18 km from Rove Dubai Marina and 19 km from Roda Amwaj. For a marina-and-beach week, that distance is the product, not a flaw.
